Comment A staff photo (see link) shows uniformed staff wearing the standard 'BETCo' 'Magnet and Wheel' cap badge, which was without doubt worn along with standard 'BETCo' buttons, though these are not visible on the photo.

The Sheerness & District Tramway was the first electric tramway to close in Britain, its premature demise brought on by a shortage of spares for its German-manufactured overhead equipment during the Great War.
